Default SEO'ing for single page websites

I bought about 20 domains yesterday, all have very good keyword search terms in the names for my products.

I have bought these domains initially so I can use them in my google adword ad's.

For the longer term I want to get them pointing to some decent content, probably one page websites. Would this be enough for them to rank high in google if the content and backlinks are good or would I need to create more than one page per site.

Just really need some advice on how to do this?

Also for the site which domain is it better to use as the main one and which should be redirected to the other:

cool-usb-gadgets.com

coolusbgadgets.com

SEO them exactly the same as a normal site/page. Build a few links with relevent anchor text, onsite in place etc. You dont really need anymore than a page per site for ranking...may be stick a wordpress blog on a few of them, and set up some rss feeds on them.
If you are going for organic search traffic the domain doesn't really matter.
