    Default seo and frames.html

I have just discovered that for seo purposes I can only really change my index page, as everything else is set in a frame.html doc. This seems to mean that any keywords or titles I change will change on every page (except index which has a separate file).

Any advise on how I can make the best of a bad job?

I am not too stressed about it as I am only one service rather than products but not sure how to proceed as google tools is reporting 7 duplicate issues with pages having the same title. Should I be worried?

You can overcome most onsite issues with enough backlinks. If the page content is all unique then you should be ok.

Yeah, definatly go for links pointing to internal pages. This is known as a 'deep link' (theres one)and has many advantages for SEO and ranking.
It gives your pages higher rankings for the keywords on that page
Gives greater strength/Pagerank to internal pages, making your site stronger overall, and giving greater linking power to new pages
Gets pages out of the so called 'supplimental' results.
You are currently doing blog commenting for links right? These are great as you can put any url you like in the link. I normally go for 1 link to the home page, 1 link to an internal one.

    Thank you will try that.

So anyone know how I deal with the duplicate title content when using a frame that makes them all the same?
