Webmaster Tools
In Webmater Tool do I need to have access to my server to add a site map? It is giving me 4 options

You create the sitemap on your server and tell Google Webmaster Tools about it (give it the address).

You can create an xml sitemap file using an online tool such as http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/, and then upload the file to the root directory of your server. You then tell Google what it is called and where to find it.
