am sure have seen a thread regarding this many moonsago on another planet

Part of my revamp that i am contemplating involves having seperate sites/domains for the various products to enable more accurate marketing

So....Company Photo Id Cards would ahve its own site/domain and be marketed in a specific way

Keepers Cards would also have its own site/domain andenable specific marketing

My question is, although I already have the domains is it better to simply point these domains to the relevant area of the main pvcprinting site?

But if you give them content and detail before leading them to PVCPrinting you might gain. What you need to weigh up is whether the age of these new sites and what you can do for them is greater than what you can do for your older site.

If you can make your older site as informative and as well seo friendly then perhaps the newer sites aren't worth the time.

Wisdom says that one large old site full of good content is best for SEO purposes.

But one site will only give you one result on the SERP's.as google will only pick one page from a domain to display.

If you set up 6 sites and give each of them similar but different content and wait a while.

You have the opportunity to have maybe 6 results showing in the SERP's

How successfull this is depends on how much work you put into each site,and how much of a niche market you are targeting allied to good SEO.

This is an example of our most successfull at the moment where we have 8 of the results on the first page of google for "seadoo parts"

so you gotta be bloody unlucky not to buy your seadoo parts off us.
