We dont know if the advice is actually correct until it is implented followed through and results produced. Hence, seeing an SEO's own site results is somewhere to start perhaps? And/or details of other sites they have achieved great results for.

I'm up for that.

One problem I have is because I work mainly with fortune 500 companies we sign a NDA (non disclosure agreement) so I can't divulge any company names.

However, I am actually looking to start a personal project so if anyone wants to throw some ideas at me (keywords) then we'll see if I am any good or not.

But please, no e-commerce style sites, I don't have a great deal of time to give them major TLC. More informational if anything.
