I run 2 blogs now and I post every 2 days. I am finally happy with the design of them and the content is beginning to fill up but how do I get people to read them?
I am
1. leaving relevant comments on other dating blogs.
2. using stumble and technorati (can't use Dig coz I can't find a category dating would fit into).
3. leaving links to relevant blog posts in dating forums.
4. Leaving links for relevant blog posts of other blogs (a couple are now being followed by the authors on the rural blog and I have had a couple of nice blog posts written about my blog).
Google used to love my blog posts when I had the single blog but since I played with them the posts just don't seem to be being noticed.
What now?

Thanks KP, am off for a read, hope it's ok if I come with any questions.
Seriously guys, is this a difficult subject to grasp or am I just being really thick? I have been at this for 9 months and seem to have achieved/grasped very little.

I don't expect anything overnight Jorge but after 9 months I should have achieved something.
How big is the market for a country interests niche dating site? What's the USP? I can find suitable dates on match.com or channel4.com/dating who share my interests and live, as I do, in a rural location.
I'm playing devils advocate here as I'm sure your realise but do you see what I'm getting at? Dating sites are always chicken and egg. No members means no new members or new members sign up and realise the place is not very busy and clear off.
