I think that's it...... At least now I know it's possible, and I have an idea of what's got us there. And I know where the gapping holes were that need fixing......

'Course you can

Problem is, that despite the ranking, it is a bit broke. We get far too many job enquiries into Boxby that shouldn't be there. People, in general, don't understand the difference between a courier and a parcel service, and so they get all hot under the collar when a courier company quotes them £60 to take a box from London to Hampshire.

£60 is a REALLY good price for a courier. However, they're expecting a price of less than a tenner, and that's only possible on a parcel service. And these are the 50% that haven't bounced away.

And this p***es off the couriers, as they are seeing jobs coming in that they know they're never going to get, and are a waste of time quoting for. And much as I would like to, i don't see it as my place to decide for the customer that their job should be deleted.

The redesign is about funnelling people off to the service that they need, rather than perhaps the one that they think they need.

well your still there and beating some heavy weights, which tells me that the single word "courier" is not out of reach.

I'll take me tenner in mars bars if need be.

courier in the singular is acutally a bit of a double edged sword, as most of the first page are Newspapers!
