Having just read that, maybe I'll just scrub the website and go back to the good old days of newspaper ads!

Am i doing this the right way because there are other keywords i want to start producing content for but don't want to waste my time if i've gone about it the wrong way
I'd say pretty much spot on with 'green office products' - reads well to visitors and 5% density is good for the search egnines to find you for that term. Well done.
I'm not convinced on the 'office supplies kent' page though - sounds very kent orientated which might actually put off any visitors from outside of kent - unless you land Kent people here and other UK people elsewhere. This page just didn't flow properly when I read it to be honest.

One thing people seem to forget is that keyword density is not so important as text quantity and quality.
You should aim to have several hundred words on a page describing your products / services keyword density can be well over 10% provided it is incorporated into text that makes perfect sense to a human reader.
The more text on a page the better it is for SE ranking.

Well, either that, or just buy yourself a great domain and sit back and watch the ££££ roll in

Agreed. Write for people not search engines. However, format documents correctly and use website quality control
