Just submitted to botw.org. Are there any others people would recommend? Or are they not really worth it?

Might be worth trying after you have exhausted all the focused business directories that don't charge first.

I think they work still. Probably not as much as they used to but still, a back link from an authoritative site like Yahoo! is nothing to be passed by.
The only thing that I would consider before doing paid directories is "Who are my customers?"
Yahoo! = B2C
Business.com = B2B
