Thanks Alvin, the next article will cover content issues in particular the benefits of having a content driven website instead of an image based one. Covering mechanisms for adding content regularly and Google's duplicate content penalty.
I don't get much free time so this will be my Sunday morning project, I imagine it will take me a long time to cover all the relevant aspects. If anyone is interested in writing an SEO related article and having it placed on my website, just let me know. As long as the article is unique I don't mind uploading it, even with some good quality anchor text directed to sites of your choosing.

Have you thought about doing pages this way instead?
Where you have, www. bulgarianproperty .co.uk/golf-bulgarian-property.php create a directory /golf-bulgarian-property/ rename golf-bulgarian-property.php as index.php and put it in the golf-bulgarian-property/ directory. By doing things this way your site is future compatible, who's to say PHP will be the favoured language in a few years time?

There are many ways to create sub pages
The method I highlighted was only an example, the idea is to keep things simple so they are easily understood. One of the main problem people have when discussing web related subjects is they fail to put it across in an understandable manner.
