Renaming folders - Is there any benefit?
Nass has suggested that i ought to consider renaming my stationery-catalogue folder on my site to office-supplies and 301'ing all old pages to the renamed ones to help in my quest for a better ranking for 'Office Supplies'.
What is everyone elses opinion on doing this and if you agree with Nass what is the easiest way to go about it? Thanks. Had 2 weeks of joy  where i ranked 3rd/4th for 'Office Supplies' now i'm 22th. It's a cruel world.
