Easiest way to get a list of all my URL's for my website?

Hi Guys/Gals

I'm getting a new website in place of my old one which will be live soon. One of the things I need to do is 301 redirect all my existing URL's to the new URL's on the new site.

Is there any programme out there that will crawl the site for me and give me a list of URL's so I don't have to manually crawl my site?

Also something I can quite easily/quickly paste into excel!

Done it manually! Took minutes to do 467 URL's, copied and pasted my XML sitemap into excel, did a find/replace and got rid of all the rubbish that was not needed. Then did a multi 'delete all unused rows'. Finished.

If I did it by copying and pasting each URL from the site it would have took me a day!
