Default Google, Yahoo & MSN

I am after a bit of experience. Boxby is now ranking fairly well on google for some key search terms, but still poorly for the single search words.

On MSN I'm ranking well for the single search words, and less well on the terms that google is ranking me page 1-3 on.

We are getting 25% of our traffic from Yahoo, where we are ranking good for more terms.

There is only one term that ranks well on all three engines.

So, how can I use this, how can I utilise the good results on one search engine to help the others. Or is it just a case of the search engines using different algorithims to ensure that they get different search results.

Is this just one of those thins i mark up as "interesting" and carrying on working on the google rankings?

Thanks a lot
Sandra

The 3 use different algorithms, but normally if you are ranking on Yahoo but not google, it means your on page SEO is half decent, but you need links UNLESS you have stuffed the pages with your keywords when MSn will love you the most, yahoo next and google last.
