Default RDFa's do you use them?

I have just been reading about RDFa's in terms of metadata, seems yahoo is already supporting these, does anybody use these?, Will we soon see google results with pictures, reviews etc...

I can think of lots! If the search engines can understand your website better, then they are more likely to send relevant searchers to it.
