RDFa's do you use them?

I have just been reading about RDFa's in terms of metadata, seems yahoo is already supporting these, does anybody use these?, Will we soon see google results with pictures, reviews etc...

The whole semantic web thing is all about making search engines lives easier, I'm struggling to see a genuine commercial advantage to RDFa tagging even for multimedia-specific searches.

I can think of lots! If the search engines can understand your website better, then they are more likely to send relevant searchers to it.
