What to do with Christmas pages?

We've added some seasonal products to our site which we obviously need to remove now as we don't get any stock till next Christmas. The main Christmas category page has a PR of 2 now though and it seems a shame to just take the page down.

Can we make any use of this page?

I was thinking of changing it to an information page just telling people about the items we stock around Christmas but not actually having the option to buy them yet.

Yep, but you could still focus on optimizing it for 2009's christmas.

yes looking at christmas 2009 is a good idea when xmas comes you will be ready for it
