Aha!!!....no, I think I would rather stick with the vertical
BTW..... Ray if you are looking, I cant speak for anyone else but in principle I would pay double - if the other vertical owners would, to do away with the buttons, and stick with just 5 verticals.
Alternatively,, if on every refresh, 5 verticals were permed from 10 in random places, or even 15 in three columns alternating (preferably randomised) , that would do me just fine. In fact it would be better for all advertisers than a fixed because it would keep the visual changing.
Conversion would be unaffected, because of the degree of repeat use.
Im wholly against 5 more verticals in a column of 10 and I dont like the look of alternating buttons or verticals - so switching verticals is best??
Well, the prices are set so won't be asking to change that now - I'm happy to ditch the buttons altogether as there has been no interest and go with one of your suggestions for having more verticals - when you say perm 5 from 10 is that having 2 x rotating spaces with 5 for each space, or 10 people sharing one rotating space?

Are readers more likely to click buttons than verticles, admagic is this asking to do away with buttons completely ?
Have I messed up again? are the five verticals rotating in place, or are you
having multiple places in a column I had assumed a column of 5 permanent but randomised? or is it one ad 20% of the time??
If you are trying to sell (say 12 places) I really dont think it would hurt any
conversion to have 3 ads 25% time or 4 ads 33% time
The 3 or 4 in a column down... A single ad looks lonely!!
Would prefer either of those to 20% time single ad.
