Well the base cost of the hardware is completely up to you so will vary from £49 + vat/month upwards dependent on what you need.
The full managed service is £125 + vat monthly with a £199 + vat setup fee. This is for a typical setup and will cover the majority of people but again the cost is dependent on what you want us to do. Typically though this will cover:

I can vouch for Phil's service - the support he has given me with hosting for A1 has been simply awesome.
