If you know anyone looking for something a little "special" in a car, what about the new jag XKR-S? There are only going to be 200 made worl-wide, with 50 of those in the UK. I have two available at UK list price... NO PREMIUM!!!

The XKR-S is capable of 0-60mph (0-100kph) in 4.9 (5.2) seconds and has a maximum speed, electronically limited, of 174mph (280kph) – making it the fastest Jaguar since the XJ220 supercar
Why do car makers put so much emphasis (and presumerably time and money) into making a car go faster than it is legally allowed to be driven?
It's for those people who will be driving the car in Germany......

I bet your car does more than 70mph and is not a Ford Escort.?
So ask yourself why you have the car you do,you may be shocked at the answer.
Alvin
Not sure if you will recall Al that I was a semi pro Rally Driver in my 20's, so yes I do like speed and I certainly can't say I haven't broken the odd speed limit. Wrote a Mazda off at close to 150mph on a motorway in my more adventurous days (Not proud of that, but at least no one else was involved) and so in answer I want a car that goes fast, but really...what is the point!
If you want to enjoy the thrill of fast motoring get a 1950s or 60s sports car.
You won't really be going all that fast but it'll feel as if you are.
