That's the problem though isn't it? I would imagine all the people on here are small business owners trying their best to deliver a good and, a lot of the time, an excellent service. They may have spent a considerable amount of time listening to what the client wants, adopting different working practices, and maybe investing in software or hardware to enable them to fulfill the clients brief then someone comes along and guarantees to cost them out of the job without knowing exactly what the job is.

Of course the cost plays an important role but I do not believe that price should NOT be placed over quality, service or capabilities.

The point I'm trying to make is, how do you know what's involved. I could have hired a photographer for £500 per day with a specific brief as to the pictures I need and then someone comes along and offers to undercut the photographer I've hired. How do you even know that your photographers have the skills, or even the equipment, needed to fulfill my brief?

Well surely as the customer it would be up to you to decide, stick with the photographer you have chosen or explain your brief to New Reality and see if they can offer you the same service cheaper. Its just a promotion, it happens all the time strangely.
