Many thanks for the car harness and brush for our doggie - excellent products
Wanted to post a picture of the dog wearing the car harness, put the dog in the car today, went and got the camera and the battery had run out - didn't have a spare.
The dog was making me feel guilty after putting her in the car so decided I had better take her out - didn't have time to go far so took her to the park she doesn't like (don't ask).
After getting out of the car she decided she did not want to go in any of the four entrances so just ended up doing a circuit of the car park looking like a right numpty.
Car harness looked good though and you can attach to the lead - so you don't have to remove the harness.

How do you get your dog to stay still long enough to get it in a harness???
I was at the motorway services at the weekend & as I opened the car door - the dog flew past me - how he managed to get over the back seat and through the front within a second is beyond me!
My dogs are never still - always whizzing round the house, beach, garden....
The great thing about the harness is it has a long piece on the back (seat belt goes through so dog can move a little and lie down but can't go anywhere until you release it) connected with a swivel ring on end by dog and a D ring on the other end. When you take the seat belt off it is long enough for me to hold on (a bit like a short lead) and then you can attach the D ring to your own lead. Our dog, like most, wants to get out of the car as soon as possible so it does help.
I was also a bit concerned with the roof down that she might take a liking to something and jump out the back, so I feel a lot safer now.

If you cant put them in a cage in the back then for their safety and yours some sort of harness is a must ! Imagine if you had a accident at just 30mph..not a major problem if your are wearing your seatbelt so you would probably be ok..now imagine your dog hitting you in the back of the head at 30, 40, 50, 60 mph.....
Used to have a fence thing to stop him jumping the back seat but it broke (or he broke through it - lol). I need to get a cage really - just feel a bit cruel putting him in it.
Do you sell a thing called a Shredder? (for groming dogs). I have had black labs for ever, and hate brushing and grooming. This thing is amazing, your dog could be bald with 15 mins of brushing!!!
Thing is I've not seen it in the pet stores, only a few vets. I would recommend STRONGLY to anyone that has a dog.
