Some people have the worst luck

When our friends had their first baby nearly two years ago he was very ill with a liver complaint and spent an agonisingly long spell in hospital.

When they fell with their second baby "mum" developed pregnancy related diabetes and has had to go in to hospital for the baby to receive steroid injections to prepare him for an early arrival.

He's been born today a month early and all is well but "dad" isn't allowed in to the hospital to see him or his mum because he's got chicken pox.

Bless their hearts.

Very sorry to hear this Sue. When things go bad, it can go very bad can't it.

Tell them to be strong. Chin up. They'll get through this without a doubt!

Luck changes Sue, hopefully they will have a fantastic life now with 2 or more great kids.

Thanks for the replies guys ... just spoke to my mum and she says that the baby is a good weight so fingers crossed.

Aw poor family, I will keep them in my thoughts, and hope the little man does just fine
