What an absolute disgrace and yet another example of a world that's gone mad obsessed with anti social behaviour and hoodies. I suppose their excuse would be age discrimination if they hadn't told that old granny to remove her hood...pathetic!!! I don't know whether to seethe with rage or laugh lol!

It is a bit over the top in all honesty and shows a complete lack of common sense on behalf of the security guard.

I can see in some sort of a crazy way why the security guard must have thought he had to be seen to be impartial on the hoddie ban - but jesus he must be confused over how to apply his 'authority' - obey my authoritieee!!
