I'm sat here in my lil corner office and listening to my neighbour have a rave its 10.25am!!!!!!!

Why are people so inconsiderate?!

I'm being quite, don't even have the tv on as my partner is in bed as he got home from work this morning at 12.30am and is in bed, or not for long as he is due in work in an hour

I have a neighbour that has the worst possible music on every night from about 6 pm up to about 11pm

I wouldn't mind so much if I didnt live in a mid-terrace with a 2year old child

I have also rang the police and they say that there is no way to enforce the neighbour to turn his music off or at least down... and the only way is to complain to the council - but he doesn;t have a neighbour the other side so what's the point?
