Tomorrow i head off down to Cornwall to start my Lands End to John O Groats cycle ride. so i probably wont be around for a while. I may be able to pop in if i get free wifi somewhere, but phone surfing is a pain, so it wont be often.

fingers crossed that my left knee holds out for the 1000 or so miles, its stopped me from riding for the last few weeks, so its not promising, but im going for it anyway.

i have stocks of ibuprofen with me!
