Well we are not selling the house just renting it out, so Fee is right we do have to vet them

They were a young couple and looked nice, both dressed smartly and were very pleasant.

I shall find out from the agency today if they liked it and keep you posted

You never know, perhaps the offer to leave them there for a little extra rent, might have had them eager to sign

But Fee is right, how did you feel about them renting your house? Tempting as it may be to get the house let ASAP, the right tenant is also important.

I spoke to the letting agent and it was there Norwich branch that dealt with the viewing so she is investigating why we wasn't informed.

The couple seemed very nice, in their mid 20's and looked like they had jobs. I was to busy talking to really ask loads of questions

But they had looked at next door which was up for rent and looking at another one in the next street, lets just hope my knickers didn't put them off
