Well lets put it this way the weather forcasters have had there wiskas and have decided to give outside activity a miss today, and both reclining in front of the fire.

we had a real crash bang wallop night ,heavy rain and sleet and horrendous winds .Living on the seafront can be such fun.

I would think Ray got it even worse where he is on the sussex coast.

I have battened down the hatches, if I don't close the blinds I could get heat stroke

My mum was woken this morning with hail stones and then torrential rain. Good luck everyone.

Up in Lancs it was pretty breezy in the early hours but then we had brilliant sunshine and it looks relatively calm out at the moment! I spoke to a friend in Fareham this morning and she said it was horrendous there.

It's a bit breezy here today that's for sure - no damage yet though

Slept through it all last night as I was knackered!

It's yuk here in Norfolk, very windy and tipping it down.

Sucks big time when I need the bathroom as I have to run accross the garden into the main house
