Suddenly getting loads of "weekly top news" emails in from various "news agencies". Thunderbird is marking these as spam...There is a unsubscribe link but havent clicked it as im thinking this may just be a way to validate my email address.

I havent subscribed to any news sites......anyone getting these ?

I get these highlighted in kaspersky and delete them before they hit my machine too.

Came back from holiday and logged on yesterday to 72 of these blighters.

Yep me too. Most coming in as CNN Top 10 daily news items or somesuch rubbish.
