That was weird reading my username as a thread title!
 The ride is a work in progress im afraid, i did 320 miles in 6 days, but suffered with injury all the way through, i keep trying rides each weekend to see if im healed, but as yet im not setting off as i wouldnt make more than a day or so before having to stop. The site worked really well most of the time. I had to get someone to log in a remove all the = that kept getting put in the messages, but it was all readable so you got me out of a real hole at the last minute. As for the rest of the ride, i have one last chance this year as i dont want to be cycling through scotland after october. so i could be here on the 19th september or i could be on the road! fingers crossed. im investigating having injections that might get me through the ride as a temporary measure, it just concerns me that i risk permanet injury though if i mask the issue. Andy.
