Default Piston heads and constipation cure

Been for a little spin in my boys new toy.

Serious bit of kit, fastest car I have ever driven and not bloated like the Ferrari's and other supercars.0 to 60 = 3.6 seconds , 0 to 100 =8 seconds.

Honda Fireblade territory.

Lovely! I had one of the first Cerbera 4.2s in 1996 in a similar colour. It was very very fast indeed. Did about 50,000 miles in it and it is still going, albeit in someone elses tenure now. A friend of mine calculated that excluding petrol, it cost me £65K to run over 5 years! I hope you have deep pockets...

Yeah but can it out run this complete waste of tax payers money? I don't know about you guys but the people (politicians = pigs in troughs, police = pigs in the money) who work for us, the tax payer seem to have flipped the coin - looks like it us working for them. Why the hell don't these people get on with real work rather than messing about doing bloody useless tasks.:cursing :

Independent research shows that speed only contributes to 6% of accidents and that research was commissioned in 1996 by NuLab...beggars belief.

I could only dream of affording the insurance for a TVR

Did you know...

TVR actually stands for Trevor - the dude that created the company.

Bullsh*t speed is always the cause of accidents.

Stationary cars never hit anything.

Sons car,I gave up pouring me hard earned into fuel tanks in order to pop to tesco's for a loaf of bread.

Its just a Sunday toy,so hopefully not quite such a drain on the coffers as yours was.

Things seem to have changed a bit since I was building him Soapbox carts 35 years ago.

Or putting a drink carton in the rear wheel of your bike as you speed down the street and skid to a halt.

IMHO, many people shouldnt be on the road. Some people are so "in another world" that only god knows how they can drive...

And the number of times i've been tempted to run infront of a car while the driver was on his mobile ! There is nothing that the government can do to stop people driving while on there phone... even a jail sentence wouldnt put most people off driving while on there phone...

Thats a nice looking motor Alv.

How does it cope with speed bumps?

The kit car i used to own was pretty low, although the suspension was hard enough that it didnt bottom out over them, i couldnt add the optional extra front skirt though.

So when are you taking it on a track? Thats the best thing you can do with that!

Andy.

Alvin,

I've driven most things with engines from Combine Harvesters to a Ferrari Testa Rossa and I've always said that a TVR will be my mid-life crisis car... Seriously though, gorgeous.
