Ok, while browsing on a supplier site I came across the NSD Powerball http://www.nsdpowerballs.com/ and was that taken with it

that I should have my one delivered tomorrow. I can't wait - it looks hilarious! People use them for building endurance and strength - I'll use mine for laughs I think...

I just wondered if anybody else had one of these, or just heard of them?

Yep I've had one for years, Jamie who runs the site is a top bloke and the ball is great as I have slight tendinitis in my wrists and exercise like this is just right...

Ive been using them in my dishwasher for ages and they're quite good. I dont have any problems with my writsts opening the pcket and just popping it in the slot, no probs!
