I opened as wide as I could manage Alvin, bearing in mind I couldnt feel where my lips started and where they ended
 Fee, they're fine this morning. I think having a filling does make you review what you eat and drink, so I will be cutting out more sugar but I dont know if I can drink coffe without it as the dentist advise!

Use a good mouthwash! Every single dentist I know (both socially and ones I've seen) have all said it's vital. That and flossing, but no-one really does that
