Wedding dates
Morning guys,
As some of you are aware, I got engaged recently!! ( yippeee) and I have now started planning my wedding. Now the problem.......I really, really wanted to get married in May! I received some information this morning regarding a wedding venue and some literature on superstitions. It said, The month of May is thought to be a sorrowful month and therefore a very unlucky time to wed. To marry in May is said to tempt the wrath of god, and those who marry in May will have a life of poverty! Now I daren't get married in May! Would you? thoughts please.....

I would, if it's what you want then go for it.
Have you started looking at the wedding magazines yet? My other half just wanted a quick registry office thing as he had already done the big white wedding, when I started looking at things, wedding dresses etc it brough the Bridezilla out of me

what a load of tosh..............
my opinion is if you want to get married in may, you go for it. may is a lovely month to marry......but........if its going to play on your mind, then maybe dont, you dont want any niggling thoughts at the back of your mind on your special day... i got married in july and im skint ..
