Hi all,

Do you happen to know how I can hire a foreign expert consultant/project manager (who will be working/living abroad) and transfer his salary to him without paying any taxes here so he can pay the respective taxes and insurances in the country where he's living/working?

What is the procedure for hiring a foreign expert?
