If you've never received the goods, ask for a refund. If they don't respond, report it to your credit card company, or paypal.

Similar thing happened to be but luckily they also had a phone number on the site. I kept on them repeatedly and they finally sent me what I purchased almost exactly a year later. Sometimes online shopping doesn't seem like the best option! Always good to look at reviews of previous customers
