If by any chance you get someone who refuses to pay you, please dont use the county court,,,,, why you ask? The court service is an expensive way to collect your money if you can collect it that is.
They charge you to take action on everything. The court employed bailiffs are not interested in getting your judgement paid.

I have cases were the judgements are up to 2 years old and the courts still havent collected the money.

The only time I would use a court is to get the judgement so I can apply a charging order on the property.

Companies like ours offer no collection no fee and its our interest to collect your money or we dont get paid. Not mentioning the forum ****** but they always recommend small claims court action.

I know this might be a boring thread but it will save you money in months to come.

Fuzzy knows of someone who may need you soon, will keep your details to hand. I do agree with the County court system, waste of time
