If it is a private customer and the emails could be described as 'grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character' (that includes offensive language not just images) then go to the police, he can end up on the sex offenders register according to the law changes in 2003.
On that part of the business he could of been either Sally, the staff member handles personal accounts and the order hardly shows signs of being corporate. A manager spoke to the council and the police, but may as well have been reporting litter dropping! Just advised to block him!

Absolutely. Sent from a Hotmail account, unfortunately to one of our many hotmail accounts and we are unfortunately (as I became aware today - while asking why we hadn't reported it to Hotmail) using free personal hotmail accounts, instead of corporate ones - well every penny counts

Absolutely Sandra (eek...bad memory, hope I got your name right - sorry if I didn't!) I have never seen so much red tape coming through as there is currently and most of it is...well...crap!

Absolutely delighted to hear that they keep introducing new laws that mean we can't say bog off to someone and then nobody gives a damn when it happens.

I am SO glad I don't live in the UK anymore, over here you would just go round and beat him to a pulp and the policeman would hold your coat

Indy,

I am sure that the aforementioned person was merely admiring your exquisite taste in interior decor and the mere fact that cusions were huge reflected the trends of the day

Have already had to deal with a case and fearful of the new regs had to take some action
Typically some roofers working across from the salon were ringing up and making suggestions to the girls inside

Armed with my crutches off i went to find said roofers......of course they denied it on the spot until such time as I asked to see their mobile phones either on my own or in the presence of the police

A very humble apology later and all sorted
