Default UK Corporate Manslaughter Bill

Do you employ drivers at work. If so now might be the best time to check your 'Driving at Work' policies. If you employ more than 5 drivers these policies should be recorded.

You need to ensure that you comply with the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act and the Management of Health and Safety Regulations. Failure to do so could lead to prosecution under the UK Corporate Manslaughter Bill following a work-related death.

This includes all work-related deaths including employers who die in road collisions whilst driving for work purposes.

Hi

Yes I do. All my training is based on the Police Advanced system and incorporates fuel efficient driving which is another bonus to business drivers.

Please feel free to call me 07977 861042.
