Hi Drachsi,
We've just put our new site live and as you're doing everything online, I'd value your thoughts please. As you're my first post (we need 15), I can't give you a direct link so please search for "gumption bradford" in Google.
We will be constantly adding to the site and soon adding lots of testimonials from happy customers.
Our new national virtual office site will be going live in the autumn focussed on keeping the money in people's pockets and get through this credit crunch period. Our new online telecoms & tracking service is already live though.
What else do small businesses need that's hard to find, maybe too techy or too expensive for most? We've got lots of things happening behind the scenes, but input from real life people would be great, so thanks in advance.
Take care,
David
I did visit your website, very professional. Many benefits list, great idea. Two comments, a simple step by step guide to get started with a virtual office would be useful, and hard to find what it costs.

We run the entire company virtually - no offices and a dozen people scattered around the UK and Europe. It's very efficient but you need to work hard at security and staff communications - you must have the right tools.
I have a friend who runs a virtual advertising agency, it is still hard to get found and then contacted, I wish you luck. What do you have in Europe?

Hi Drachsi,
Thanks for this. That's exactly the kind of feedback I needed to know. It's not rocket science is it? "Just make it easy" is what I tell my clients!
Added a pricing page last night and will cross-link from our virtual pages to it later.
Will also add a telecom section on the blog that we hope to get live any moment soon.
The new virual office site incorporates all the addresses, telecoms, meeting rooms, hotels and business toolkits with very simple pricing on the shopping cart. This should be live in late September.
It's gonna be quite a big site and help a lot of small businesses keep their overheads low and their money in their pockets.
Thanks again for you precious time. We do appreciate it.
Take care,
David
P.S. You can follow Gumption Centres on Twitter too if you want an occassional update
Pleased to be able to help. In my mind there are two types of virtual office, your type which is very important, useful and should succeed, the other type is what is on your personal computer. The new solution is "Cloud Computing" and a free virtual office, with email and many other programs, i.e spreadsheets are available. It is great you can access this from a normal browser anywhere in the world. I received a number of enquiries, so created an information page at http://www.squidoo.com/g-ho-st with considering offering this to your customers.

We use Voipfone and I'm happy to say they are an excellent company - one of the deciding factors was that their staff all actually use their product and are always available to answer questions. CJD - big thanks due to Sean in technical support, who is your greatest asset!
Virtual offices are evolving at such a fast rate, it does make it difficult to choose between them. We posted this article on how to differentiate the services.
