Snap!! I am having one of those days too!!
Take a break, move away from the computer, go and make yourself a cup of something nice, watch the telly for half an hour...just take a bit of time out and then go back to it. If I don't do this I will just stare at the screen. I find just half an hour refreshes me!

I know how you feel, I'm lucky (or un-lucky) enough to work mon - fri 9-5pm but at evenings & weekends it's just me and the computer.

I find if you pop out to the shop, or come on here it gives me the feeling that I've seen/spoke to someone.

Failing that get your shopping delivered by Tesco's and harrass the driver when he gets to you
